Reference Number 0000267289 Question Acceptance Deadline 2024/05/21 02:00:00 PM EDT McMaster University is soliciting information from interested Proponents seeking to provide Civil Contractor Services for Sewers and Watermains and wishing to be a qualified Civil Contracting Firm for a prequalified bidders list known as the Vendor of Record - Civil Contractors Sewers & Watermains (VOR-CC-SW) for Construction value of up to $5 million. The term of this RFSQ is for three (3) years from the date of award, with an option to be extended for two (2) additional one (1) plus one (1) year terms. This current RFSQ once awarded will be republished annually to refresh the supplier pool, thereby enabling existing suppliers to maintain eligibility without the requirement for resubmission. Provide a letter from the proponents Bonding Company identifying the proponent will be able to provide Labour and Materials Bonding and Performance Bonding at 50% for both small (up to $2 million) and large (up to $5 million) in construction value. Official bid documents must be obtained from www.merx.com and bid submissions must be done through the Merx platform.
