General Requirements - Certification/Training - Contractors License Required - Employee Background Checks Required - Installation Required - Insurance Required - License Required - Onsite Maintenance Required - Security Badges The contract term shall be for an initial one (1) year with two (2) two (2) year renewal options. All Proposers must be properly licensed to do business in the State of South Carolina and must comply with the Code of Laws of South Carolina, including Section 40-11-200, when applicable. The Proposer's company does not need to be based in South Carolina, but must be licensed to do business in the state of SC and specifically Horry County
