Each Proposer shall provide a Bid Bond/Bid Deposit of 10% of the full Contract price. If a Bid Bond (preferred), an original shall be submitted with the bid. If in the form of a certified check or a bank cashier's check, it is made payable to the City of Wheaton. Checks will be retained by the City until an award is fully executed, at which time the checks will be promptly returned to the unsuccessful Bidders. All questions, either administrative or technical, shall be submitted via email to Tina Walters, Procurement Officer at twalters@wheaton.il.us no later than April 10, 2024, at 11:00 am (CST). The initial term of the contract shall be for five (5) years effective October 1, 2024, and ending September 30, 2029. The contract term may be extended through mutual agreement between the City and the Service Provider. Each Proposer shall provide a Bid Bond/Bid Deposit of 10% of the full Contract price. If a Bid Bond (preferred), an originalshall be submitted with the bid. If in the form of a certified check or a bank cashier's check, it is made payable to the City of Wheaton.
