The WORK consists of removing and disposing of the shed building and containers, filling an existing valve manhole with sand, excavating for the concrete slab, hand digging to carefully expose the existing buried power conduit in the slab location, concrete work, site grading, and paving, constructing the used oil shed as shown on the drawings, electrical, and mechanical work. The Contractor will coordinate and cooperate with the sidewalk replacement contractor. The Borough will remove all oil from the existing shed and establish and operate a temporary used oil shed during construction.
