B27 Drainage Swale Installation. Estimated Cost $25,000 STCC Project Contact: Gena Lomelin STCC Contact Phone: (413) 755-4794 STCC Contact Email: stccbidclerk@stcc.edu Installation of new drainage swale to divert infiltrating water from B27 Include permitting and prevailing wages. Installation of new drainage swale on the south side of Bldg 27 to redirect water away from the building to the existing drain pipe. Removal of existing brick window wells and retain brick for reuse. Supply and Install three (3) new precast concrete window wells, Approx 41” wide and 20” deep (VIF). Install concrete swale with 1.0% slope towards yard drain as indicated on plans, 10” wide by approx. 99 linear feet (VIF). Replace existing PVC drain with new 12” diameter Nyoplast landscape drain at lower elevation and connect to existing 4” diameter pipe. See attached plans for placement and removal information.
