Work of this Contract comprises the construction of a lagoon upgrade complete with a SAGR sewage treatment system, located in St. Brieux, SK. The work done under this Contract shall include the furnishing of all materials, supplies, tools, plant, equipment, temporary plumbing, heating and lighting, transportation, labour and superintendence necessary for the construction of work as specified herein and as shown on the drawings. The work includes, but not limited to: .1 Construction of a concrete foundation for a new blower building; .2 Installation assistance of a fine bubble aeration system in an existing lagoon cell; .3 Providing assistance with excavation, handling, and other related activities for the authorized SAGR installer hired by the Town; .4 Construction of a pump station for effluent recirculation; .5 Construction of a force main for effluent recirculation .6 Construction of a new sewage lagoon access road .7 Installation of a septage hauler access system .8 Fencing and landscaping; .9 Provision of roads for ingress and egress to the location of all work required; .10 Clean up of site; .11 Repair of defects for one year after completion of the work. .12 Auxilliary work Technical inquiries by bidders are to be directed to Nyamaa Jalbuu, P.Eng., nyamaa.jalbuu@pinter.ca.
