Technical questions may be directed to MSE of Kentucky at 859-223-5694. The work consists of the construction of Water and Sewer Line Extensions to Lot 1 in the Wayne County Industrial Park. The CONTRACT DOCUMENTS may be reviewed at the following locations: MSE Web Site Monticello/Wayne County Industrial Development Authority at the 19 S. Main Street, Monticello, Kentucky 42633. A certified check or bank draft, payable to the Monticello/Wayne County Industrial Development Authority, government bonds, or a satisfactory bid bond executed by the bidder and acceptable sureties in an amount equal to five percent of the bid shall be submitted with bid. The successful bidder will be required to furnish and pay for the following: 1) 5% Bid Bond; and 2) A performance and payment bond for 100% of the contract price. Attention of bidders is particularly called to the requirements as to conditions of employment to be observed. Minority bidders are encouraged to bid. The Owner may consider informal any bid not prepared and submitted in accordance with the provisions of this advertisement and/or the specifications and may waive any informalities or reject any and all Bids. Any proposal received after the time and date specified shall not be considered and will be returned unopened to the proposer. Sealed bid should be labeled "Wayne County Industrial Park Water and Sewer Line Extensions - Lot 1". No Bidder may withdraw his Bid for a period of sixty (60) days after the actual date of the opening thereof. State and Federal Wage Rates do not apply to this project.
