New High Service Pump Station (HSPS aka Pump Station # 2) New Master Switchgear (MS-3) Modifications to Enchanted Rock Switchgear Replacing existing Transformers (T1 & T2) The project consists of the improvements required to meet the Plant's 57.6 MGD re-rating. These improvements include construction of a new high service pump station to increase pumping capacity, a new master switchgear, modifications to the enchanted rock switchgear, plantwide cable trench improvements, replacing existing low lift transformer and the clearwell transformer, and associated other appurtenance to reliably reach and maintain 57.6 MGD of capacity. Refer to Section 2 and Attachment D for project overview and background documents. The Gulf Coast Water Authority is seeking a qualified Construction Manager at Risk (CMAR) to provide construction manager at risk services in connection with the final design and to perform the construction of the Thomas Mackey Water Treatment Plant Expansion. The estimated construction cost for this project is $18 million dollars. Deadline for Questions and Inquiries Thursday, By 5:00 pm of April 18, 2024 Bond Notes: A Five (5) percent bid security is required and shall be based on the total of Pre-Construction Services Only. The bid security shall be submitted with the Cost Proposal.
