The Colorado Division of Parks and Wildlife is accepting sealed bids for construction of the south shore day use area at Sweitzer Lake State Park. This work includes demolition of current site features as well as installation of new furnishings, groundcovers, pavements, and furnishings. There are also alternate bid items to consider as a part of this work. A five-percent (5%) Bid Bond, certified check, or cashier's check is required with bid proposals of $50,000.00 or more.
