Reference Number 0000347838 Job Location: 874 1575 Rd, Delta CO, unit 298 Delta County is taking design/build proposals to furnish and construct an insulated metal building for storage of snow removal equipment. The building will be 30 by 65 with (2) 12 by 12 manual garage doors and (2) half glass exterior 3' man doors. An ADA compliant restroom in the north corner of the building will be roughed in but not finished. Floor will be concrete with an ADA concrete parking space on east side of building. All design and engineering will be the responsibility of the bidder.
