The City of Quincy, Washington requests Bids for providing the labor, materials, equipment, tools, and guarantees to complete the 6th Avenue NE Park: The 6th Avenue NE Park includes Base Bid and Alternates for the construction of a neighborhood park including earthwork, site utilities, play equipment, safety surfacing, concrete walks, pre-engineered shelters, splash pad and equipment, pre-engineered restroom building, site athletic equipment, design build skate dot, site furnishings, irrigation, and landscape. The City reserves the right to: reject any or all Bids, waive irregularities in a Bid or in the bidding process, and determine which Bid is, in the City's judgment, the lowest, responsive and responsible Bid. The cost range for the project is: Base Bid: $1,000,000.00 to $1,300,000.00 Alternate Bids 1 through 5: $ 200,000.00 to $250,000.00 *The value for this project is based on a financial range.
