The materials proposed to be furnished in the bid must meet the included specification for polyurea material. Bids must be accompanied by sufficient technical information to ensure the material provided meets the District specification. Each bid must be submitted on the included Bid Form. Bids for polyurea material must include freight to George Watermaster Yard, 206 Frontage Road W, Quincy, WA 98848. The George Watermaster Yard is located next to the City of George and not in the City of Quincy. The District's option of an additional shipment at bid price will expire March 10, 2025. The District reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids, and to waive any irregularities as informalities in said bids. . All bids shall be clearly labeled "Polyurea Material Bid".
