The County is seeking Consulting services to provide Construction Management at Risk (CMAR) Services for the construction of a new approximately 13,000 square foot (SF) one story, four bay standalone fire station on Venice Avenue in Venice, Florida. The County anticipates to award a Construction Manager at Risk Pre-Construction Agreement to the selected consultant for the term of the project.
