Description

Site work and new construction of a fire / police facility in Venice, Florida. Completed plans call for the construction of a 13,000-square-foot, one-story above grade fire / police facility; and for site work for a fire / police facility.

The County is seeking Consulting services to provide Construction Management at Risk (CMAR) Services for the construction of a new approximately 13,000 square foot (SF) one story, four bay standalone fire station on Venice Avenue in Venice, Florida. The County anticipates to award a Construction Manager at Risk Pre-Construction Agreement to the selected consultant for the term of the project. Refer to the Solicitation Documents and Attachments section for minimum qualifications, scope/specifications, and insurance requirements. Question Submission Deadline:April 23, 2024, 2:30pm
