Scope of Work: Seminole County Department of Parks and Recreation is seeking a qualified contractor to perform work consisting of abandonment of existing drain field and construction of new lift station at the Wekiva Golf Club, including but not limited to PVC gravity sewer, manholes, fiberglass lift station, wet well, PVC force main, connection and lining of existing gravity sewer manhole. Install new electrical panels and controls and replace/repair asphalt parking lot, concrete sidewalk, restriping, and repair of landscaping. The Engineer's estimate for the project is $350,000.00 Bid Security shall be made payable to COUNTY, in an amount of five percent (5%) of the Bidder's Total Bid and in the form of a certified or cashier's check, or a Bid Bond issued by a Surety meeting the requirements of these Bid Documents.
