Cmha Reserves the Right to Reject Any and All Bids Received and Waive Any Informality in Bids Received Whenever Such Rejection or Waiver is in the Best Interest of Cmha. Bids Shall Be Firm and Cannot Be Withdrawn for a Period of 120 Calendar Days, Subsequent to the Opening of Bids, Without the Consent of Cmha. Cmha is a Political Subdivision of the State of Ohio and is Exempt From All Taxes. The construction estimate range for this project is between $ 2,230,329.00- $3,079,977.00. 1. SUMMARY OF WORK a. This project consists of masonry facade repairs on 19 buildings (1, 2, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 13, 17, 18, C15, C16, C17, C18, C19) at Outhwaite Homes. The work includes lintel repairs and replacement, roof coping repairs and replacement, caulking, brick repairs and replacement, tuck-pointing of masonry joints throughout all 19 buildings as indicated in the scope of work and project general notes, or as specified during the walk- through. b. Installation of exhaust fans in bathrooms and kitchens. The work includes hard wiring two exhaust fans with specified controls as indicated in the scope of work and project general notes, or as specified during the walk- through. 2. PROJECT LOCATION Outhwaite Homes 2452 East 46 th Street Cleveland, Ohio 44104 3. PROJECT MANAGER The Project Manager for this work will be Carlos Castillo. Telephone number (216) 271- 2708.
