escription: In general and pursuant to Minnesota Statutes, chapter 429, the work consists of the construction of Fiber Optics Line with approximately the following quantities: 1. Approximately 11,600 LF of buried HDPE Conduit a. 11,120 LF of 1.5" HDPE b. 728 LF of 4" HDPE with three 1.25" innerduct c. 328 LF of 4" HDPE 2. Approximately 12,500 LF of 48SM Fiber Cable 3. 10 EA Handholes - 24"x36"x24" with ground rods and locate marker posts 4. 2 EA Handholes - 30"x48"x36" with ground rods and locate marker posts 5. Splicing and testing Along with all related work, appurtenances, erosion control and restoration. The Owner reserves the right to reject any and all Bids, to waive irregularities and informalities therein, and further reserves the right to award the Contract to the best interests of the Owner.Jennifer Levitt, City Administrator City of Cottage Grove Direct inquiries to Engineer's Project Manager, Doug Heider, at (651) 895-0488 and dheider@mitech.us. The project will be ready for Final Payment in accordance with Paragraph 14.07 of the General Conditions on or before October 30, 2024
