The Contractor shall provide the necessary labor, supervision, equipment, insurance, and expertise to paint airfield ground markings to Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) specifications and dispose of all waste products for the Maryland Aviation Administration, hereinafter Administration or MAA, at the Baltimore/Washington International Thurgood Marshall (BWI Thurgood Marshall) Airport NOTICE TO BIDDERS: Use of UPS, U.S. Mail or other delivery services may delay delivery. Bids shall be addressed to MDOT MAA, Attention: Monica Queen, 7001 Aviation Blvd, Second Floor, Glen Burnie, MD 21061. Late bids, late requests for modifications or late requests for withdrawal will not be considered. Hand Delivery is recommended. MAA is not responsible for bids received late and shall not accept any bids that are late if sent by U.S. Postal Service or delivered by commercial delivery The work to be performed under this contract consist of providing all necessary labor, supervision, equipment, insurance, and expertise to paint airfield ground markings to Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) specifications and dispose of all waste products for the Maryland Aviation Administration, hereinafter Administration or MAA, at the Baltimore/Washington International Thurgood Marshall (BWI Thurgood Marshall) Airport in accordance with these specifications.
