Site work and new construction of a stadium in Baltimore, Maryland. Design plans call for the construction of a 7,500-seat stadium; and for site work for a stadium.

This project is a preliminary design and feasibility effort for a proposed multi-use soccer stadium that would serve as the home venue for a future MLS NEXT Pro team and other soccer-related uses in Baltimore. The study evaluated at 7,500 seats, expandable to approximately 10,000 seats. The preliminary design studied multiple Baltimore locations: Carroll Park and Baltimore Peninsula. As of August 27, 2026, this project is in the planning phase. An architect was selected. Information in regard to a general contractor has not been disclosed.
