Reference number : 1825960 Deadline for receiving complaints: 2024-04-09 Electronically transmitted submission accepted: Yes, via the SEAO, with a document Expected duration of the contract without options (in months): 4 The project aims to repair the central section of the kitchen floor where the autoclaves, rotisseries and combined steam/gas ovens are located. The steam and boiling water drained into the metal gutters for years gradually infiltrated through the ceramic tiles and the concrete screed, up to the metal deck, causing corrosion of it and certain members steel of the structure. The conduits and connections, on the side exposed to the cold in the garage under the kitchen, also show advanced signs of corrosion. Everything needs to be replaced. Shoring work to secure the slab was carried out pending the start of the project. The work therefore consists of demolishing and rebuilding a section of the floor (steel structure and concrete slab), installing a waterproofing membrane and redoing the ceramic and metal gutters, as well as all the conduits under the affected area, requiring therefore the temporary relocation of kitchen equipment and its return to operation at the end of the project. Please note that kitchen activities must continue throughout the duration of the work.
