Addition to a water / sewer project in Silver, Texas. Completed plans call for the addition of a water pump station.
Addition of SCADA system to 1 or 2 pump stations for Coke County WSC. ESTIMATED COST: Base Bid: $25,000 Alternate #1: $25,000 A bid bond bid bond will only be required if the bid is greater than $25,000. The Bid Bond, if required, will be in the amount of 5 percent of the bid issued by an acceptable surety shall be submitted with each bid. A certified check or bank draft payable to the Coke County on behalf of Coke County WSC or negotiable U.S. Government Bonds (as par value) may be submitted in lieu of the Bid Bond. Performance and payment bonds will only be required if the final contract awarded is greater than $25,000. FUNDING AGENCY: Texas Department of Agriculture - CDBG CDV21-0207 The project to be constructed will be financed with assistance from the Texas Department of Agriculture (TDA) under the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) program and is subject to all applicable Federal and State laws and regulations. Attention is called to the fact that not less than, the federally determined prevailing (Davis-Bacon and Related Acts) wage rate, as issued by the Texas Department of Agriculture Office of Rural Affairs and contained in the contract documents, must be paid on this project. In addition, the successful bidder must ensure that employees and applicants for employment are not discriminated against because of race, color, religion, sex, sexual identity, gender identity, or national origin. All contractors/subcontractors that are that are debarred, suspended, or otherwise excluded from or ineligible for participation on federal assistance programs may not undertake any activity in part or in full under this project. The lobbying certification must be submitted with the bid packet to be considered complete and responsive. Coke County is an Equal Opportunity Employer. Cost for hard copies of the Bid/Contract Documents will be $100.00 for 11x17 Plans or $0.00 for Digital Download. Contractors must purchase a set of Bid/Contract Documents from Jacob & Martin, LLC to be considered a registered plan holder eligible to bid on the project Performance and payment bonds will only be required if the final contract awarded is greater than $25,000. Bidder hereby agrees to commence work under this Contract on or before a date to bespecified in the Notice to Proceed and to fully complete the project within 75 consecutive calendar days.
