**As of May 7,2024 project was awarded to Triumph landscape Construction, awarded amount is $487,711.90.** City of Elizabethtown will receive sealed bids for the North Main Sidewalk Improvements Phase II Project The successful bidder shall provide performance and payment bonds, proof of insurance and licenses as specified. All bidders must provide a 5% bid bond as part of their bid. Preference shall be given to Kentucky resident bidders and non-resident bidders from states which do not require preference to resident bidders. The City of Elizabethtown will award the project to the lowest responsible bidder, however reserves the right to reject any and all bids or to let the contract as a whole or for any part, and to waive any informalities or irregularities in the bids received. fully complete the project in 90 days.
