The replacement of the pull box requires drainage and irrigation ditch work, including placement of corrugated steel pipe, installation of a Type C inlet, curb and gutter, placement of concrete pavement, and asphalt patching. If a contract, at its sole discretion, the State, upon written notice to the Contractor, may unilaterally renew the term of the Contract for one (1) additional term of 1 year, including, but not limited to prices, rates and service delivery requirements. The Colorado Department of Transportation (CDOT) reserves the right to reject any and all proposals or parts thereof, and to waive informalities or irregularities. By submission of a proposal, proposer agrees to the State of Colorado terms and conditions.
