The City reserves the right to reject any and all bids. . provide and install new fiberglass single door system, with passage lock hardware, door shall be pre-finished in manufacturer standard color, tbd. . clean and prepare concrete floor throughout to receive new epoxy paint finish. epoxy paint finish not in contract (nic). . provide and install bat insulation in all interior walls to receive new drywall.. . install new drywall to existing stud framing, finish to grade 4, primer and 2 coats paint, color tbd, eggshell finish. . provide and install appropriate blocking required for installation of existing fd locker system where noted. . provide and install (10) recessed led can lights in lounge, can, bulbs, and switches to have dimming function. . provide and install 3-way switch plan for each space as noted. . provide and install (12) 110v duplex receptacles spaced equally in truck bay ceiling. . provide and install 2' x 4' plug-in led shop lights at each duplex location. . install quad receptacle at 65" a.f.f. where noted for t.v. . existing door to remain.
