EMINENCE INDEPENDENT SCHOOLS (OWNER) will receive proposals through Codell Construction Company (CONSTRUCTION MANAGER) to furnish all labor and materials to complete the MISCELLANEOUS NEEDS & ATHLETIC UPGRADES located at 291 WEST BROADWAY, EMINENCE, KY 40019. Work is to be performed in accordance with plans, specifications, and addenda prepared by STUDIO KREMER ARCHITECTS (ARCHITECT), KERR-GREULICH ENGINEERS, INC (M/E ENGINEER), STRUCTURAL SERVICES INC (STRUCTURAL ENGINEERS) and CARMAN (CIVIL ENGINEER).
