The project includes the pavement rehabilitation of 2.56 miles of Washington County Route 37 between US Route 4 and NY Route 196. Rehabilitation techniques will be utilizing pavement recycling with a top course overlay. The project also includes areas of full depth reconstruction, curb and sidewalk placement, drainage, signing, and striping.
