Furnish all labor, materials, transportation, and equipment necessary to conduct Janitorial Services for the following Start date: 05/01/2024 End date: 04/30/2027. Dates provided are estimates only. Any resulting contract will begin on the date specified in the notice of award. See clause entitled "Term of Contract - Effective Date/Initial Contract Period Award will be posted on 04/26/2024. The award, this solicitation, any amendments, and any related notices will be posted at the following The Department of Mental Health reserves the right to interview, test, accept or reject any of Contractor's employees who may be assigned to the facility under contract. Should the facility reject an employee of the Contractor, it is the Contractor's responsibility to replace that employee in a time frame that does not interfere with the daily requirements of the contract. Contractor shall supply contact information to the Contract Monitor for all personnel engaged in work at the facilities on this contract. This list must be updated any time there is a change in personnel prior to new employee working at the facility.
