Elmonica Elementary School and fir Grove Elementary School Pre-k Playground Site Work The Provision of a General Contractor (Gc) to Provide All Labor, Tools and Materials for Site Work Construction At Elmonica Elementary School and Fir Grove Elementary School. The Site Work Construction at Each School is To Prepare for Installation of Pre-k Playground Equipment and Playground Turf Surface. All Work Must Be Completed Over the 2024 Summer Break. GENERAL SCOPE OF WORK: The General Scope of this Project is to retain a General Contractor (GC) to provide all labor, tools and materials for site work construction at Elmonica Elementary School and Fir Grove Elementary School. The site work construction at each school is to prepare for installation of pre-k playground equipment and playground turf surface. All work must be completed over the 2024 summer break. The Work is described in more detail in the Statement of Work and in the Exhibits to this ITB (e.g., Drawings, Specifications, etc.). 3. The project will take place in areas at the NE exterior of the school building. New tree plantings will take place in various areas of school property. Elmonica is within the jurisdiction of the City of Beaverton. Fir Grove Elementary School is located at 6300 SW Wilson Street, Beaverton, Oregon 97008. The project will take place in an area at the SE exterior of the school building. Fir Grove is within the jurisdiction of the City of Beaverton The Bidder understands that the District maintains a goal of engaging minority, women, emerging, servicedisabled veterans, and socially or economically disadvantaged businesses (DMWESBSDVBE) as service providers in delivering services necessary to implement our bond program. The District aspires to a goal of fifteen (15) percent DMWESBSDVBE content, by contract value, in completing our capital bond work, and the Contractor shall expend reasonable efforts to reach this content in the total value of their contracts with the District.
