Work under this Contract is detailed in the Contract Documents and includes, but is not restricted to, the supply of all labour, materials, equipment, transportation, services and incidentals in order to perform the Work for the installation of new membrane roofing assembly. Work included in this Contract shall be in accordance with the Contract drawings and instructions specified herein and include, but not necessarily be limited to the following a) removal of the existing roofing assembly including roofing membrane or shingles, coverboards, insulation, flashings and other component as identified in the Cut Test Data. b) removal of asbestos containing hazardous material as identified for specific buildings and outlined in the Hazardous Materials Condition Assessment included in Part IV Project Details c) supply and installation of new insulated 2-ply SBS modified bitumen membrane systems including coverboards and vapor barrier membrane for low slope roofing areas, d) supply and installation of new architectural asphalt shingle roofing assembly including underlay and eave protection for steep slope roofing areas, e) supply and installation of all metal and liquid flashing.
