Sonoma State University (SSU) requests the partial renovation of 5 dorm apartments at the Sauvignon Village, Grenache Building within the SSU Residential Community Project estimate is $346,400.00. All questions must be submitted via Q&A Board within CSUBUY. Last day to submit questions is April 23, 2024, 12:00 pm. Questions submitted outside of CSUBUY or after the due date and time might not be answered. Scope of Work 1. SSU PM to provide adequate restroom facilities for the contractor at the job site. PM to coordinate any laborers or plumbing needs with the PM, if a need arises. 2. Project Timeline: The project is scheduled to take place during the estimated dates: May 2, 2024 through July 29, 2024 Project Overview: Sonoma State University (SSU) requests the partial renovation of 5 dorm apartments at the Sauvignon Village, Grenache Building within the SSU Residential Community. These units experienced heavy water intrusion from a main black water sewer line backup, which was black water. The apartments have been abated by an outside vendor. Please see attachment (A) on what was completed for the abatement. The project includes labor, materials, equipment, and transportation required for a complete project renovation and installation including but is not limited to: demolition, disposal of remaining carpet, flooring, cove base/baseboard, and installation of new vinyl planks and new cove base/baseboard where needed. Some items have been removed through abatement (please reference attachment A). All patch work with drywall, texture to match existing and paint to match adjacent walls and the installation of all owner furnished items supplied: restroom toilets, vanities, appliances and laundry room.
