The Work to be done consists primarily of the installation of a new steel sheet-pile seawall on the water side of the existing vertical concrete seawalls along the following addresses: 1, 2 Palermo Wk, 2,5,15 The Colonnade Canal,212, 216-221 Rivo Alto Canal, 18 W. Neapolitan Ln., 5561, 5571, 5575, 5585, 5607,5619, 5621, 5625, 5627, 5639, 5643, 5649, 5655, 5659, 5661, 5669, 5679, 5668, 5680,5705, 5711 Corso Di Napoli Long Beach, CA 90803 (approximately 2,148 lineal feet). Work also includes the construction of a new pile cap, guardrails, landscape and irrigation, sidewalks, pipe moorings, concrete piles, ladders, drainage system, modified access platforms, light poles, storage of docks, and all necessary incidental work required to perform all operations in connection with the Work as shown on the Plans and Specifications.
