MSX Campus-Wide Parking Lot Restoration Summer 2025 (Possible Multiple Projects) Restoration of existing parking lots including but not limited to asphalt replacement, curb & gutter, Landscape & irrigation, slurry seal & striping. (Multiple Projects) Mandatory DVBE & SBE Participation: CSULB and The Penta Building Group have set a mandatory participation level of 6% DVBE and 25% SBE for this Contract.
