The trade packages designated: All CSI Divisions 1 thru 33, including but not limited to: Demolition, Abatement, Clean-up, Surveying, Landscape & Irrigation, Concrete, Site Concrete, Pavers, Masonry, AC Paving, Striping, Misc. Metals, Sheet Metal, Millwork, Rough Carpentry, Waterproofing, Roofing, Framing & Drywall, Doors/Frames & Hardware, Glass & Glazing, Floor Coverings, Wall Coverings, Painting, Acoustical Ceilings, Toilet Partitions, Theater Seating, Signage, Wheel Chair Lifts, Elevators, Underground Utilities, Fire Sprinkler, Plumbing, HVAC, Audio Visual, Kitchen Equipment, Specialties, Electrical, Telecom, Fire Alarm, etc. This solicitation also seeks subcontractors with design-build and design-assist capabilities for fire alarm, fire sprinklers, shade structures/canopies, MEP trades and such. Swinerton Builders and CSULB will evaluate the prequalification packages and then approve qualified responders to be on the final bid list. No bid will be accepted from a contractor that has failed to meet the prequalification requirements. Mandatory DVBE & SBE Participation: CSULB and Swinerton Builders have set a mandatory participation level of 6% DVBE and 25% SBE for this Contract.
