Renovation of an educational facility in Long Beach, California. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
Provide all labor, equipment, and miscellaneous materials for the repair of damaged/cracked stucco, replacement of rotting posts and damaged siding from bungalows with cementboard siding, remove and replace gutters and other associated work as per bid specifications. Work is located at Henry Elementary School located at address above. At the time bids are submitted, each bidder shall possess a valid Class B license and must maintain the license throughout the duration of the project. A Bid Security of 10% of total bid amount is required to be submitted with bid form. Successful Bidder will be required to furnish 100% Payment and Performance Bonds. The successful Bidder may substitute securities for any monies withheld by the District to ensure performance under the Contract, in accordance with the provisions of section 22300 of the Public Contract Code.
