Successful Bidders are required to make complete delivery of all bid items awarded them, including items on back order and/or out of stock. Complete delivery of all awarded items must be made prior to June 30, 2024, except as otherwise noted. Specific delivery instructions will be provided to Bidders at the time of bid award. Substitution requests shall be emailed to mstein@basdschools.org by April 8, 2024 and approved prior to submission of bids. If any bidder finds discrepancies in these specifications or is in doubt to the meaning of any part thereof, the Bethlehem Area School District Purchasing Department should be notified via email to purchasing@basdschools.org no later than 4:00 PM, Thursday, April 4, 2024. If deemed necessary, additional instructions in the form of addendums will be issued. Only these written changes will be binding. Oral or other changes, interpretations, or clarifications will be without legal effect.
