Reference Number 0000267277 Work of this Contract comprises of the following: .1 Supply and installation of new heat pump systems including all associated mechanical and electrical work. 2 Associated roofing work for the installation of the roof mounted condensing units for the heat pump systems. .3 Selective Demolition / Removal / Repaiur of drywall, bulkheads and t-bar ceilings to allow for the installation of the Heat Pump Systems. .4 Supply and Installation of the Fuel Oil Meter. All construction activities associated with this project must be carefully scheduled with the Owner to allow continued access to the school and summer operation of the daycare and for the work to be complete ahead of resuming school operations in September 2024.
