Approximately 2,000 Cubic Yards of Shredded Topsoil (Residential Quality) for the 2024 Season for the Town of Tonawanda Youth, Parks and Recreation, Water/Sewer Maintenance, and Highway Departments, all in accordance with specifications and instructions to bidders, and information may be obtained at the office of the Town Clerk, Room #l4, Municipal Building, Kenmore, NY, and be it further. The proposal shall be made upon the form provided therefore and all blank spaces in the form shall be fully filled; numbers shall be stated both in writing and in figures; signatures shall be in longhand, and the completed form shall be without interlineations, alteration or erasure. The Town Board of the Town of Tonawanda reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to advertise anew, or to award a contract for part or portions thereof as in its judgment it shall deem it to be in the best interest of the Town of Tonawanda to do so.
