Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Port St Joe, Florida. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
Downtown Water System Improvements Phase 2. This project is located in Port St. Joe, Florida and includes construction of approximately 4,957 LF of 6'' (PVC) watermain, 443 linear feet of 2'' (PVC) watermain, 1,018 LF of 6'' Fusible PVC (FPVC) directional bore, and associated connections and services. Work Shall Be Performed by Both Open Cut and Directional Drilling Methods. There Will Also Be Asphalt Patching, Sidewalk Removal and Replacement, and Other Restoration Associated With This Work to Restore the Alleys and Roadways Once the Project is Complete. Liquidated Damages for Failure to Complete the Project on the Specified Date Will Be Set at $1,750.00 Per Day. There is No Charge for Electronic Copies for the Plans and Specifications the Completion Date for This Project Will Be 270 Days for Substantial Completion and 300 Days for Final Completion From the Date of the Notice to Proceed Presented to the Successful Bidder. The City of Port St. Joe Reserves the Right to Waive Informalities in Any Bid, to Accept and/or Reject Any or All Bids, and to Accept the Bid That in Their Judgment Will Be in Their Best Interest. All Bids Shall Remain Firm for a Period of Sixty Days After the Opening.
