The Gulf County Board of County Commissioners will receive sealed bids from any qualified person, company or corporation interested in providing materials for the Jones Homestead Booster Station Generator This project includes the purchase of a 350kw diesel generator for a new booster station in Gulf County, FL. The bid price shall include delivery to the project site at 641 Jones Homestead Road, Port St. Joe, FL 32456. All questions regarding this Request should be directed in writing; preferably by email to Clay Smallwood, P.E. at csmallwood@gulfcounty-fl.gov. Questions shall be submitted no later than 12:00 PM (Eastern) on July 1, 2024. The Subrecipient is required to retain sufficient records and supporting documentation to demonstrate contractor and subcontractor compliance with the terms and conditions of the Subrecipient Agreement for a period of six (6) years from project closeout. The Board of County Commissioners reserves the right to waive informalities in any bid, to accept and/or reject any or all bids, and to accept the bid that in their judgment will be in the best interest of Gulf County. The selected firm will be given written notification of being selected by the County. The County will negotiate and execute a contract with the selected firm prior to the beginning of the actual services. 1.
