This Project Consists of Demolition, Relocation, and Upgrades to (9) Existing Lift Station Control Panels Including the Installation of Platforms in Port St.joe, Florida. The Completion Date for This Project Will Be 90 Days for Substantial Completion and 120 Days for Final Completion From the Date of the Notice to Proceed Presented to the Successful Bidder. Liquidated Damages for Failure to Complete the Project on the Specified Date Will Be Set at $500.00 Per Day. Please Indicate on the Envelope That This is a Sealed Bid, for the City of Port St Joe Lift Stations . The City of Port St. Joe is an Equal Opportunity Employer/handicapped Accessible/fair Housing Jurisdiction. The City of Port St. Joe Reserves the Right to Waive Informalities in Any Bid, To Accept and/or Reject Any or All Bids, and to Accept the Bid That in Their Judgment Will Be in Their Best Interest.
