The estimated cost is $9,000. Evaluation of Proposals The City will review submitted bids and other relevant information. The City reserves the right to accept or reject any response for any or no reason and to waive any minor irregularity if determined to be in the best interest of the City of Greenville. Selection of Proposals Once the winning proposal is selected, the City will draft an agreement. Upon bidder approval and execution, it will be presented to Council for approval. Scope of Work Installation of new lamps for the re-lamp project at the Alan G. Davis Park softball fields. The contractor who is awarded this bid must comply with the following criteria. 1) Equipment a) Lamp Specifications: Quantity: 60 Part #: Musco Catalog #LA-30z-1 b) Musco Lens Ring Assembly Quantity: 8 2) Service a) Replace the lamps, and recycle the old lamps. b) Supply all necessary equipment (examples: lift, crane, etc.) c) Clean all lenses (glass), and replace 8 broken ones of the above-named fixtures. 3) Warranty a) Lamps to be warranted for 2 years materials only replacement. b) Labor to install lamps warranted for 1 year.
