The City of Greenville is seeking bids for one (1) garage door with installation. The City reserves the right to accept or reject any response for any or no reason and to waive any minor irregularity if determined to be in the best interest of the City of Greenville. Scope of Work 1) Hardware Upgrade a) 25,000 Cycle Springs b) 13 Ball Bearing Nylon Rollers c) 14 Gauge Heavy Duty Hinges 2) Take down, haul away, & dispose existing garage door 3) Install complete garage door system a) Labor Warranty: minimum 1 year 4) Garage door must be exactly or equivalent to: a) Model: Lincoln 2000 b) Actual door size: 8x7 c) Color: dark brown d) Panel: flush panel e) Windows: no windows f) Track: vertical lift (15ft.) g) Perimeter seal included h) Insulation: 6.64 R i) Thickness: 2" j) Paint Warranty: minimum 25 years k) Hardware Warranty: minimum 2 years
