Renovation of a municipal facility in Fuquay Varina, North Carolina. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.

Base Bid includes the replacement of the existing glass panels and aluminium storefront frames at the Town Hall Building located at 134 N. Main Street, Fuquay Varina, NC, 27526 per the attached plans and specifications. A secondary bid for Alternate 1 as listed in the project to replace the curtainwall glass and face cap trim and double entrance doors on the front of the building. All questions pertaining to this ITB shall be submitted in writing no later than 2:00 PM, Tuesday, May 7, 2024, and will be answered by 6:00 PM, Friday, May 10, 2024 Contract Work (shall including material ordering) shall be no later than one hundred eighty (180) calendar days after the date of the Notice to Proceed. Each bid shall be accompanied by a certified check or bid bond in the amount of not less than five percent (5%) of the amount A Performance Bond and a Payment Bond, each in the amount of one hundred percent (100%) of the contract price Questions may be emailed to: purchasing@fuquay-varina.org.
