Please mark the exterior of all submitted proposals in the manner directed within the bid documents. To facilitate the bid opening process, all bidders are requested to also email purchasing@newbedford-ma.gov to confirm that they have submitted a proposal. The estimated budget for this project is $900,000 The City of New Bedford, Purchasing Department, in conjunction with the New Bedford Regional Airport Commission, is soliciting sealed bids for the Pave Runway 5 Runway Safety Area Perimeter Road, located at 1569 Airport Rd, New Bedford, Massachusetts 02740. Project consists of the reconstruction and paving of approximately 4,600 feet by 11 feet of an existing gravel perimeter road and the construction of approximately 400 feet by 11 feet of a new access road. All questions about the meaning or intent of the Contract Documents shall be received in writing by the City of New Bedford via the City's bidding platform no later than Wednesday, April 17, 2024 at 4:00 p.m. EST.
