Project Description This Project Consists of the Following Elements of Work Complete Removal of the Existing Cement Mortar Pipe Lining and Installation of a New Cement Mortar Lining on Approximately 15,400 Linear Feet of the 42 Diameter Water Transmission Steel Pipeline, Dewatering the Pipeline, Pipe Repairs, Final Cleaning of Entire 430 Pipeline, and Traffic Control. PROJECT LOCATION: This Project is located along the existing North-South 42 Diameter Water Transmission Steel Pipeline, named the 430 Water Transmission Pipeline, starting in the North near the Maple Leaf Gate House located at NE 82nd St and 12th Ave NE and ending in the South near Volunteer Park at E Galer St and Federal Ave E, Inclusion Plan: for Purposes of the Inclusion Plan, This is Considered an Underground Type of Project With a Past Performance of 18% Wmbe Utilization Rates Based on Completed Projects.
