Renovation of a transportation facility in Saint John, New Brunswick. Completed plans call for the renovation of a transportation facility.
The work under this Contract includes, but is not limited to the following: .1 Construction of new barrier-free entrance vestibule. .2 Construction of new gender-neutral washroom/changerooms. .3 Installation of new vinyl windows. .4 Demolition and renovation work as required to accommodate new construction. .5 Electrical and mechanical work as required. .6 Removal of existing asphalt parking lot including granulars and reinstatement with asphalt and granular base/subbase.
