Renovation of a medical facility in Saint John, New Brunswick. Completed plans call for the renovation of a medical facility.
The work under this Contract includes, but is not limited to the following: .1 Isolation of low pressure steam within Penthouse(s). .2 Removals of isolation valves, strainer, bypass valves, and AHU heating coil control valves. .3 Removals of pneumatic controls (control valve actuators and associated pneumatic tubing). .4 Installation of new isolation valves, bypass valves, control valves, and strainers. .5 Installation of new actuators and EMCS control points. Provide a new Delta DAC-1600 application control for the new/existing steam valve control valves. Allow for three (3) such for the following unit groupings: - S2-1/S2-2. - S2-3/S2-4 plus S2-5/S2-6. - S2-7/S2-8. .6 Reinstatement of low pressure steam within Penthouse(s). .7 Start-up and commissioning. Documents are available through the Construction Association of NB.
