Description

Renovation of an educational facility in Saint John, New Brunswick. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.

The work under this Contract includes, but is not limited to the following: .1 Removals: - Removal of asphalt shingle roofing to expose existing deck. - Removal of skylights. - Removal of flashings to suit new work. .2 New Work: - Provide two-ply modified bitumen roofing system on roofs indicated. - Provide new flashings. - Provide new skylights. .3 Miscellaneous removal and new work indicated, and as necessary. Documents are available through the Construction Association of NB. Clarifications requested by Bidders must be in writing not less than seven days before date set for receipt of Bids.
