**As of April 8, 2024, This project has been awarded to Bodart Electric Service, Inc. , with the awarded amount of $43,428.50.** Scope of Work: o Remove and Recycling the 3-standing Light Poles From the West Comer of Etd, East. o Removal and Disposal of the 5-concrete Bases Shown on Drawing to a Depth of 1' Below Grade and Remove the Existing Pole Wiring. o Provide New Conduit and Wiring From the Electrical Cabinet on Etd Per National Electrical Code. Backfill the Trench With Marking Tape One Foot Above the Conduit and Fill Trench With Gravel. Keep in Mind the Olk St Lighting Wiring is Also Included in This Conduit to Refeed Those Lights. If a Site Visit is Needed, Contact the Voh. If Needed- Cutting and Patching of Concrete for the High School Driveway to Be Included. Install 5-new 18" Concrete Bases Poured to a Depth of 6' Below Grade and 1' Above Grade With Electrical Conduit Centered on the Concrete Base. The 5-new Street Light Poles to Be Double Head Poles to Match Nos. Specifications for Installation for Each Pole Are Included. Wiring, Assembly and Mounting or the New Poles to Be Included. o Installation to Meet Manufacturer Specifications for Fixtures and Products Identified on Page 2. o Street Lighting to Be Disconnected for No Longer Than 1-working Week While the Project is Completed. o Damage Caused During the Project to Concrete Street Curbing, or the Sidewalk is the Responsibility of the Contractor to Remove and Repair at the Contractor's Own Cost. o Permits and Contacting Diggers Hotline Prior to Start of the Project Are the Responsibility of the Contractor and Should Be Included in the Bid Proposal. Contract Voh if Needed. o Include a One Year Warranty on Installation of Underground Wiring and Pole/fixture Installation. Topsoil and Replanting Will Be Done by the Voh.
