Renovation of a municipal facility in Wadesboro, North Carolina. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
Direct all inquiries concerning this RFP to: County of Anson Attn: Esther Sossamon esossamon@ansoncountync.gov Questions concerning the specifications in this Request for Proposals will be addressed by email to esossamon@ansoncountync.gov A summary of all questions and answers will be posted on the County of Anson website as an addendum. Questions are due by April 12, 2024 and answers will be posted by April 16, 2024. It is the offeror's responsibility to assure that all addenda have been reviewed and, if need be, signed and return CONTRACT PERIOD The contract period will begin from the awarded date and will continue until June 30, 2024. SCOPE OF WORK Work to be performed at the following locations. Furnish all labor, material, equipment to install HVAC units to replace the current units and their respective air handlers. All work is to be performed Turnkey with associated warranties. Unit instructions are listed below.
