Reference Number 0000347550 The project is to repair and paint the tennis courts at Griffin Park. Scope of work to include entire fenced in area of Griffin Tennis Courts Surface and cracks to be cleaned of all debris, mold, mildew, vegetation, and dirt. Cracks to be filled with a mixture of acrylic binder, sand and cement mixture or other suitable court crack filler mix. Two coats of acrylic color coating over entire court surfacing in approve court colors for courts and surrounding area. Game lines applied to all four courts using approved USPA specifications. Any questions concerning the conditions or specifications shall be directed to the designated contact person. Addenda items will be posted on the township website, on the Purchasing Division page under Requests for Bids, Proposals and Qualifications. As the best interest of Canton may , Canton reserves the right to make award(s) by an individual item, group of items, all or none, or a combination thereof; on a geographical basis and/or on a countrywide basis with one or more supplier(s) or provider(s); to reject any and all offers or waive any irregularity or technicality in offers received.
